How Much Money Can You Make?

So how much money can you really make with BTC Clicks? Don’t expect to get rich overnight. Don’t expect to get rich at all. Yes, it’s true that bitcoin has skyrocketed in value since launching in 2009. However, BTC Clicks lists its rates in mBTC. You need 1000 mBTC to make 1 BTC (you can actually change your displayed currency on BTC Clicks, if you wish, to BTC or bits).
Based on a bitcoin value of around $2800 USD, that means you’re earning a maximum of about 4 cents per click.
You’ll only get paid close to 4 cents per click if you are watching really long ads (like 200 seconds). 4 cents is the maximum you can make. Based on the numbers you see on BTC Clicks, you can expect to get paid $0.01 or $0.02 USD for each advertisement you watch. Yes, it’s free money – but it’s certainly not very much.
Let’s assume you’re watching 200 second advertisements all day. You sit at your computer cycling through BTC Clicks ads. You can watch a maximum of 18 advertisements per hour. You get paid 4 cents per advertisement. That means you’re earning $0.72 per hour. Over an 8 hour day, you’re making $5.76 USD.
Furthermore, we couldn’t find any advertisements paying anywhere close to that rate. The vast majority were paying less than one penny per 10 or 20 second advertisement (specifically, they were paying about one quarter to one third of a US penny per view).
In any case, earning $2 to $5 over an 8 hour day barely covers the costs of electricity for your computer. Of course, there are ways to increase your earnings. You can pay 1.72800 mBTC to double your earnings, for example, in which case you can make about $1.50 per hour.

Ultimately, most of these advertisements are catered towards people who are looking to get rich quick online, or at least make money online. You can also find obvious scams listed on the BTC Clicks website, including investment opportunitiesthat promise to give you an ROI of 180% every hour.
Once you’ve clicked a few ads and hit the minimum withdrawal limit, you can withdraw to any bitcoin address. You just need to enter your account password. Based on what we could find online, users had no trouble getting paid.

Conclusion: Is BTC Clicks A Scam Or Legit?

BTC Clicks isn’t a scam. The website has been operating since 2013. The only “catch” with BTC Clicks is that you’ll earn virtually nothing. Even if you spend all day clicking ads on BTC Clicks, you’re not going to break more than $2 or $3 for 8 hours of work.
The “real” earning potential of BTC Clicks is in the referral system – which is also why you see so many positive reviews about BTC Clicks online. These people hype up BTC Clicks, then spam their affiliate link. If someone signs up through your affiliate link, then you’ll earn a commission on every advertisement they click. You can earn 40 to 80% of their commission, while 20 to 60% goes towards BTC Clicks.
You can also double your earnings by signing up for a premium membership.
Ultimately, BTC Clicks is a way to make money online – but you’ll make so little money that it hardly covers the costs of running your computer.
